Jessen: "Hello there, I hope you had a grand weekend (especially if you are a mother)! My PS3 is well on its way to being fixed (hopefully) and, to bide my time, I've decided to play some 'Final Fantasy II' with a side of 'Wakfu' (as Samsung finally repaired my PC monitor, thanks). I love the old-school 'Final Fantasy' games and the PSP updates of the originals are pretty slick. I'm also digging 'Wakfu' as there aren't many tactical MMORPGs around! However, be warned: the supposedly vast features available in the free version are not at all vast. The free version basically amounts to a demo, which is actually a really cool idea and is handled fairly well. What is not handled well is the marketing, which is a real shame as the game is awesome as it is, you don't need to misrepresent it. Regardless, if you're curious, I recommend you check out the free version (just don't expect all that their site claims). See you Thursday, cheers!" |
